In script crashes and error messages, not only the function, but also the source line is now indicated.

The selected object or group can now be moved, rotated, or scaled with the cursor keys.
 

Transparent sky layers

TGA images can now also be used for dome and scene skies. When the transparent flag is set, sky layers appear translucent according to their alpha value, and thus can be smootly faded in and out.
 

Terrain and model mipmapping

Terrain and model polygons are now displayed with mipmapping. To  create mipmaps for a model or terrain, open the skin editor in MED and select Convert Skin->Add Mipmaps, then save the model.
