J, j and BUM
This month marks an important milestone in the project: we've got the first fully playable level ready, and I think that it looks quite good!
Pavle's gigantic efforts have made this possible, but our top programmers - Felix and Martin - have played a very important role, turning Pavle's ideas into reality. Meanwhile, Ivan's already great soundtracks and sound effects have become better and better, matching the visuals perfectly. I have tried to help a bit here and there, working at a new sky system (the old one was buggy and was eating a lot of memory).
I have tried several ideas; check out the screenshots below and you'll see some particle-based clouds, fog layers, entity-based clouds, and so on.
I almost forgot: I have also bought a pen tablet and I started to draw level pieces; I know that they aren't that impressive, but you gotta start somewhere...
