Reding PAL with Galep 4

How it is possible to read pal from Galep 4? On device list I not find any type of Pal.

It is not possible I'm afraid - the old PAL devices are not supported by GALEP-4. Only their newer replacements, such as PALCE, GAL etc. are supported.
