ATMEL ATF16V8CZ mit GALEP-3 nicht programmierbar?

Hallo,

ich versuche seit 2 Tagen verzweifelt, ein Atmel ATF16V8CZ mit dem GALEP-3 zu prorammieren. Das Bauteil ist in der Liste und es erscheint auch beim Programmieren keine Fehlermeldung. Trotzdem ist es noch nicht einmal möglich, einen Eingangspin direkt auf dem Ausgang abzubilden. Der Ausgangszustand wird von anderen (im Programm nicht belegten) Pins beeinflußt. Was mache ich falsch bzw. könnte eventuell ein Fehler des GALeP bzw. der Software vorliegen? Meine Galep32-Programmversion ist 1.19.05. Geladen wird ein jedec-file, das ich mich WinCupl erzeuge.
