How to add a Script to the wiki

From GameStudio Wiki

Jump to: navigation, search

If you want to add a script to the wiki, make sure that it is cleaned up, as easy as possible to use, usable with any other scripts without many additions, your own script or absolutly free usable and well commented.

If this is as good as possible given, search the rubric it fits best into, click at Edit next to the rubrics name and add at the end of the edit field:
* [[Your Scripts Name]] (Lite-C/C-Script)

Save the changes, go back to the script overview, find your entry and open it.

Add a description of your script, the script, needed images (if they have to be .tga describe how they have to look like (You can upload jpg and png files to the wiki!)), if different from the How to use these Scripts page, a description on how to use it, the functions name which have to be called to use it and if you don`t want the script to be used completly free without credits, a license description.

Look at other scripts on how to layout it and use the Wikis help-pages if needed.

Use the preview to see how it looks and don`t forget to save it in the end :P
