I feel this page should be more like the Free Tools page in terms of organization.

Also, I'm not too familiar with shaders, but I could have sworn that the older cel-shader effect was DX8 and the Glow Shader was DX9. Does this require some re-organization? --DragonFly 09:01, 7 May 2006 (CEST)
