Gouraud shading for level blocks
The "smooth" flag used for level blocks activates Gouraud shading even when the blocks are exposed to dynamic lights.
The number of texture tiles per terrain row can now be given through negative "detail_size" values for multitexture terrains.
Lightmaps for terrains
The map compiler can now create lightmaps for terrains as well. The shadows on the terrain surface can be cast by the level geometry and / or by the terrain itself.
