This month's featured contribution consists of... two contributions that will come in handy when you need a broken TV or an old movie effect.
Broken TV
This shader was created by Slin. It distorts the image and adds heavy noise over it, making the TV look as if the signal is too weak or the TV is broken. Open and run the main.c script from inside the \tv folder to start the project.
Old film
This effect was created by Ello and would work great in any cut scene that is supposed to show what has happened a long time ago, etc. It's always better to see these things in motion, so open and run the oldfilm.c script from inside the \oldfilm folder.
